Turn this into a rigorous hypothesis:

1. State as hypothesis:
   - 'We believe [customers/feature/approach]'
   - 'Because [reasoning]'
   - 'We will know this is true if [measurable outcome]'

2. Define the test:
   - What's the minimum viable test?
   - How would you test this with minimal cost/time?
   - What's your control? What's your experiment?
   - Sample size? Duration?

3. Success criteria:
   - What result means 'true'? (specific threshold)
   - What result means 'false'?
   - What result means 'inconclusive'? (then what?)
   - How confident do you need to be? (80%? 95%?)

4. Learning plan:
   - If TRUE: what's the next hypothesis?
   - If FALSE: what's the backup hypothesis?
   - If INCONCLUSIVE: what do you test next?

5. Resource estimate:
   - Time to run test?
   - Cost?
   - People needed?
   - Go/no-go decision date?

6. Bias check:
   - How could you fool yourself here?
   - What would surprise you?
   - How are you incentivized to misinterpret results?
