Build your GTM strategy:

1. Customer acquisition channels
   For EACH potential channel (sales, content, community, partnerships, ads, viral, PR):
   - How would this work for your product?
   - Cost per acquisition estimate?
   - Time to first customer?
   - Scalability? (hundreds or thousands?)
   - Advantage vs competitors?
   
   Pick top 2 channels to own.
   Don't spread thin across 5 channels.

2. Sales motion (if sales-driven)
   - Who's the first buyer? (easiest to convince)
   - How do they discover you?
     - Inbound: SEO? Content? Referral?
     - Outbound: Cold email? LinkedIn? Warm intro?
   - Sales cycle length?
   - Deal size?
   - Sales process: 1-email close or 10-meeting deal?

3. Product-led growth (if self-serve)
   - How do users try before paying?
   - Free trial duration?
   - What's the "aha moment" (first value)?
   - When do you ask for payment?
   - Conversion rate target?
   - How do you onboard without humans?

4. First 10 customers (the hardest)
   - Who are your beachhead customers?
   - Why would they take a chance on you?
   - Can you get them as reference customers?
   - What's special offer for first 10?
   - How do you get to first 10 fastest?

5. Messaging & positioning
   - What's your positioning statement?
     (We help [customer] achieve [outcome] better than [alternatives])
   - Key message for each buyer persona
   - Why should they care (not why you're awesome)?
   - What's the competitive hook?

6. Launch plan (first 90 days)
   - Week 1-2: Get first customer (seed)
   - Week 3-4: Get second customer (pattern validation)
   - Week 5-8: Get to 5 customers (scaling signal)
   - Week 9-12: Get to 10 customers (proof of traction)
   
   For each milestone:
   - What specific actions?
   - Who's responsible?
   - How do you know you hit it?

7. Metrics to track
   - Acquisition: How many leads/MQLs/SQLs?
   - Conversion: % who become customers?
   - Cost: CAC per channel?
   - Retention: What % stay after month 1/3/12?
   - Revenue: What's trajectory?

8. Resource allocation
   - Time: How much founder time? Sales? Marketing?
   - Budget: What goes where?
   - People: Who does what?
   - Sequencing: What happens first?
