1. Core beliefs (examine these ruthlessly)
   - "This idea has to work or I'm a failure"
   - "I have to do everything or it won't be good enough"
   - "Asking for help = weakness"
   - "I should know all the answers"
   - "Faster = better"
   - "Work-life balance is for other people"
   
   Which beliefs do you hold?
   Are they helping or hurting?
   Where did they come from?

2. Common founder traps
   Check if you're falling into:
   - [ ] Perfectionism (can't ship because not ready)
   - [ ] Impostor syndrome (everyone else knows more)
   - [ ] Overconfidence (everyone else is stupid)

   If you're 80% draining, 20% energizing = burnout incoming

4. Decision-making style
   - Do you decide quickly or slowly?
   - Do you second-guess yourself?
   - Can you live with imperfect decisions?
   - Do you gather too much info before deciding?
   - Do you decide with insufficient info?
   
   Where's your imbalance?
   What's the cost?

5. Relationship with uncertainty
   Entrepreneurship = constant uncertainty
   - How comfortable are you with "I don't know"?
   - Do you make up answers? Admit unknowns?
   - Can you move forward without certainty?
   - Or does uncertainty paralyze you?
   
   Your relationship with uncertainty defines your pace.

6. Risk tolerance
   - How much personal risk can you stomach?
   - Are you underbetting (too cautious, missing opportunities)?
   - Are you overbetting (reckless, could destroy everything)?
   - What's the right level for this business stage?

7. The hard truths
   - What do you know but won't admit?
   - What feedback do you reject?
   - What would change if you were honest?
   - What's the conversation you keep avoiding?
   - What's the decision you've been delaying?

8. Founder development
   - What's your biggest weakness as founder?
   - Is this coachable or is it just "who you are"?
   - What would it take to improve?
   - Who could help you?
   - What's preventing you from getting help?
