Prioritize systematically:

1. For EACH feature, score:
   - User impact (1-5): How many users benefit? How much better does it make their life?
   - Strategic fit (1-5): Does this move us toward vision? Defend moat?
   - Urgency (1-5): Time-sensitive? Competitors moving?
   - Effort (1-5): Complexity to build?
   - Dependency (1-5): Blocks other features? Creates foundation?

2. Calculate prioritization score:
   (User Impact × Strategic Fit × Urgency) / (Effort × Wait Time)

3. Stratify features into buckets:
   - "Must do" (blocking growth, core to vision)
   - "Should do" (high impact, reasonable effort)
   - "Nice to do" (polish, not essential)
   - "Don't do" (low impact, high effort, or distraction)

4. The hard part: opportunity cost
   - If you build X, you DON'T build Y
   - What are you choosing NOT to do?
   - Is that trade-off conscious?
   - What could you eliminate instead?

5. Dependencies & sequencing
   - What must be done first?
   - What unblocks others?
   - What's the shortest path to enabled features?
   - Can you parallelize?

6. Validation before building
   - Which features are risky (user might hate)?
   - Which need validation?
   - What's the minimum test?
   - How do you know users want this?

7. Review quarterly
   - What changed (market, competition, data)?
   - Should prioritization shift?
   - What were you wrong about?
   - What did users actually want vs what you built?
