1. Your defensibility foundation:
   - What's your strongest moat?
   - What unique assets do you have?
   - What can competitors NOT easily copy?
   - How much leverage could you extract?

2. Adjacency analysis:
   For each potential market:
   - How similar to current market?
   - How much core strength transfers?
   - What new capabilities needed?
   - What's already solved?
   - What's completely new?

3. Risk profile:
   - Market risk (does market exist? will they pay?)
   - Product risk (can you build it?)
   - Execution risk (do you have skills?)
   - Competition risk (who else could do this?)
   - Financial risk (cost to enter?)

4. Fit scoring:
   For each market:
   - Score: % of your moat that applies (1-100)
   - Scoring formula:
     (Moat leverage × Market size × Your advantage vs competition) / (Capital needed × Risk)

5. Go/no-go analysis:
   - Which markets are obvious wins?
   - Which are too risky?
   - Which require platform capability first?
   - Which create strategic optionality?

6. Sequencing:
   - Which should you expand into first?
   - How does each unlock others?
   - What's your learning order?

7. Test plan:
   - Smallest MVP to test each market?
   - Resource required?
   - 30-day experiment?
